個人名典拠数が100万件になりました ／ 1,000,000 personal name authorities now available!
2023年10月2日Web NDL Authoritiesが提供する個人名典拠の件数が、2023年10月1日付で1,000,034件となり、100万件に到達しました。2012年1月のWeb NDL Authorities公開時の768,136件から約11年で、約24万件の個人名典拠を新たに提供したことになります。個人名典拠を用いることで、検索キーワードのゆれ（例：「シェイクスピア」と「Shakespeare」）による検索もれや検索ノイズ（意図しない検索結果）のない、資料の的確な検索が可能になります。これからもWeb NDL Authoritiesにご期待ください。
We are pleased to announce that the number of “Personal Name” authorities available on Web NDL Authorities has just reached 1,000,000 as of October 1, 2023. The National Diet Library has provided about 240,000 new personal name authorities since Web NDL Authorities was launched in January 2012. Using personal name authorities can help users search materials with variation in their author’s names at once (e.g., “シェイクスピア” and ” Shakespeare “).
