トップページの検索画面で、当館の典拠IDによる検索ができるようになりました。検索ボックスは、図1の「典拠ID検索」タブに切り替えると表示されます。

You can search for authority data by the NDL’s authority ID on the front page. Click the “by authority ID” tab to display the search box, as shown in Figure 1.

The specifications have been revised to add some descriptions of beta version of SPARQL 1.1 endpoint.

SPARQL 1.1に対応したエンドポイント（試行版）は、次のとおりです。

一回に取得できるデータ件数の上限は、1,000件です。
返戻形式は、HTML形式、Turtle形式、JSON形式、XML形式、CSV形式から選択できます。
SPARQL 1.1による検索は、毎日午前4時から5分程度、データ更新のため、利用できません。
なお、SPARQL 1.0による検索は引き続き可能です。

Beta version of SPARQL 1.1 endpoint is as follows.

SPARQL 1.1 endpoint is unavailable due to data update for a few minutes at 4:00 (Japan Time) every day.

従来のJSON形式の典拠データをJSON-LDとして利用できるようになりました。
「@context」や「@id」等のキーワードを用いています。
JSON-LDは、JSON形式でLinked Dataを表現する仕様です。W3Cにより「JSON-LD 1.0」として勧告されています。
例）「夏目, 漱石, 1867-1916」の典拠データ（典拠ID:00054222）のURI

詳細情報画面の「JSON-LD」のリンクからも取得できます。
なお、SPARQLによる検索結果のJSON形式は、従来どおりです。
JSON documents can be interpreted as JSON-LD by referencing a context via an HTTP Link header.
JSON-LD is a JSON-based format to serialize Linked Data. “JSON-LD 1.0” is a W3C Recommendation.

You can download the authority data file in JSON-LD by clicking the links at the bottom of the Detailed Information pages.
SPARQL query results in JSON remain unchanged.
詳細情報画面「関連リンク/出典」に表示されるバーチャル国際典拠ファイル（Virtual International Authority File; VIAF）へのリンクについて、以下のとおり変更しました。
※VIAFのリンクは、原則として、全ての名称典拠（個人名、家族名、団体名、地名、統一タイトル）が対象です。
RDF/XML、RDF/Turtle、JSONの各形式のデータにおいて、当該典拠データのリンク先のVIAFのURL末尾に”#skos:Concept”を追加しました。
（例）個人名典拠「夏目, 漱石, 1867-1916」（典拠ID ：00054222）のVIAFへのリンク（RDF/Turtle形式）

The URLs linked from the Web NDL Authorities to the Virtual International Authority File (VIAF) have been modified.
#Note: Generally all name authorities (personal name, family name, corporate body name, geographic name, and uniform title) are linked to the VIAF.
“#skos:Concept” is added to each of the URLs linked to VIAF form each name authority in RDF/XML format, RDF/Turtle format, and JSON format.

以下の「検索結果表示件数の選択機能の追加」「標目のローマ字読みの表示」の2点を改善しました。
検索結果一覧に表示する件数を20、50、100件から選択できるようになりました。
詳細情報画面に「標目のローマ字読み」欄が追加され、標目のカタカナ読みをローマ字で表記したものが表示されるようになりました。
The following functions are now available.
You can change the number of records displayed per page in the Search Result List Screen.
You can choose from 20, 50, or 100 records.
The item “Transliteration of Heading” is added on the Detailed Information Screen.
You can see the Roman transliteration of the authorized heading transcribed by katakana.
2017年4月から国立国会図書館は、『日本十進分類法』新訂10版（以下NDC10版。他の版も同様）を適用し、件名として使用する典拠データへのNDC10版による代表分類の付与を開始します。
それに伴い、「国立国会図書館典拠データ検索・提供サービス（Web NDL Authorities）」から、NDC10版の代表分類を付与された地名、統一タイトル、および普通件名を検索・取得できるようになります。
トップページ等の「分類記号検索」では、ドロップダウンリストから「NDC9/10」と「NDC10」をあらたに選択できるようになります。「NDC9/10」を選択するとNDC9版と10版の代表分類両方から、「NDC10」を選択するとNDC10版の代表分類のみから、典拠データを検索することができます。
SPARQLでも、NDC10版の代表分類を付与された典拠データを検索・取得することができます。その方法は、NDC9版の代表分類を付与された典拠データと同様です。
「国立国会図書館典拠データ検索・提供サービス（Web NDL Authorities）」の英語版を拡充・改善しました。おもな点は以下の通りです。

「国立国会図書館典拠データ検索・提供サービス（Web NDL Authorities）」の英語版を公開しました。
ブラウザの言語設定により、表示言語（日本語・英語）が選べます。
※設定方法は、各ブラウザの仕様によります。
また、画面右上の言語名をクリックすることで、日本語と英語の表示を画面ごとに切り替えることができます。
なお、典拠詳細表示画面の各項目名は、英語で表示されません。
English version of the Web NDL Authorities is now available.
You can set the interface language to either Japanese or English using the language settings of your Web browser.
#Note: The procedure to change the Language Settings differs from browser to browser.
Select either English or Japanese in the upper-right hand corner of the screen to change the display language.
The names of each field in the detailed information screen are shown in Japanese only.
