セキュリティ強化のためにSSL/TLSへの対応を行いました。
これにより国立国会図書館典拠データ検索・提供サービス（Web NDL Authorities）の全ページのURLが、httpからhttpsに変わります。

※切替後 、HTTPによるアクセスはHTTPSへリダイレクトいたします。
ただし、当面の間、コンテンツネゴシエーションによりRDF/XML等を要求するアクセス（「Accept」要求ヘッダー「text/html」と「*/*」のいずれも含まれない場合）はリダイレクトを行わずHTTPで返戻します。
※セキュリティの観点上、HTTPSでのアクセスを推奨いたします。
※各典拠を識別するURIは、http://のままで変更ありません。
